just 3 hits at Briggs Stadium where the Baltimore Orioles beat the Detroit
Tigers 5 to 0.

Wilson(3-5) was indeed brilliant as he hand-cuffed the Detroit offense. He
allowed only 3 hits and 4 walks in 9 innings lowering his ERA from 3.45 to
3.01. Baltimore had a total of 14 hits for the game.

George Zuverink(1-1) was hit with the loss. He gave up 4 runs and 12 hits in
