NL Transaction June 24th
The Philadelphia Phillies sent 32 year old journeyman pitcher Bob Kuzava to Triple A. Kuzava, who had been claimed on waivers May 23rd from Baltimore, is in his 9th major league season. He has been with 6 teams in that stretch. With the Phillies he was 0-3 with a 5.51 ERA in 33 innings. Overall he was 1-3 with a 4.40 ERA in 45 innings. Last year he split time with Baltimore and the Yankees going 3-4 with a 2.80 ERA in 64 innings.
