Jackie Collum tossed a complete game at Crosley Field where the Cincinnati
Redlegs beat the St. Louis Cardinals 6 to 1.

St. Louis was unable to claim the lead after Cincinnati went ahead in the
bottom of the 5th inning scoring one runner. Cincinnati banged out 10 on the
night.

Collum(2-2) was the winner allowing 1 run for the game. Larry Jackson(5-8) was
given the loss. He gave up 5 runs and 8 hits in 6 and 2/3 innings.
