NL Transaction July 20th
The Chicago Cubs sent 32 year old righthanded reliever John Andre to the minors today. Andre was in his 1st major league season. In 45 innings, including 3 starts, Andre was (1-2) with a 4.37 ERA. He will never pitch in the majors again.
