The New York Yankees released 31 year old 9 year veteran Ted Gray. After spending his first 8 seasons with the Tigers, Gray was traded to the White Sox. This is the 3rd time he has been released this season (White Sox and Indians previously). For the Yankees he started one game going 3 innings and giving up 3 runs. For the season he is (0-0) with a 6.75 ERA in 8 innings.
