the floundering New York Giants 5 to 4.
Dick Hall(5-2) earned his pay with a solid performance for Pittsburgh. He
allowed 8 hits and 1 walk in 7 innings. New York had a chance to come back
in the 9th but they came up short.
Ron Kline was credited with his 2nd save. Ruben Gomez(6-9) was the loser. He
