1955 Strat replay

The Baltimore Orioles called up 24 year old infielder Kal Segrist. Segrist was aquired from the Yankees as part of the huge 16 player trade on November 17th before the season. He had a brief cup of coffee with the Yankees in 1952.

The Wasington Nationals activated pitcher Bob Chakales from the DL today. Chakales is 2-0 with a 2.01 ERA in 63 innings pitched so far this year.
